Normally, once the the Buyer has clicked "Payment has been made", the Seller will receive a prompt to acknowledge that payment has been received. 

After the Seller clicks "Payment has been received", Singbit will release the coin to the Buyer's account.

  • If the transaction is cancelled after transferring the money to the Seller, please contact Singbit Customer Service to raise a dispute ticket
  • If the transaction is automatically cancelled after the payment window is closed, you can contact the Seller to re-open the transaction and complete the transaction to receive coins
